Experiences

Learning beyond the classroom.

Creative learning comes to life when students connect with the people, places, technology, and industries shaping the real world. Our experiences turn exploration into exposure and exposure into opportunity.

The experiences

Three ways we expand classroom learning.

From meeting creative professionals to stepping inside industry spaces and experiencing the work firsthand, each experience is designed to expand what students see, explore, and believe is possible.

Bring the industry to your campus.

Creative Career Days

Creative professionals, live demonstrations, and hands-on stations come to your school for a day built around what students could actually become.

  • Working professionals from music, media, design, video, and live production
  • Hands-on stations, not a lecture in an auditorium
  • Career pathway mapping students can take home
  • Scales from a single grade level to a full campus
Format
Half day or full day, on campus
Lead time
Typically 4-8 weeks

Learning where the work actually happens.

Field Trips

Students visit studios, venues, campuses, companies, and cultural institutions, and meet the people running them.

  • Recording studios, live venues, and production facilities
  • University campuses and creative degree programs
  • Media, technology, and design companies
  • Cultural institutions, festivals, and industry events
Format
Half day or full day, off campus
Lead time
Typically 6-10 weeks

Real World Learning Opportunities

Industry Experiences

Extended engagements connecting students to entertainment, automotive, design, media, technology, live events, wellness, and hospitality partners.

  • Multi-session engagements with a named industry partner
  • Student work produced to a real brief and deadline
  • Mentorship from working professionals
  • Pathways into internships and workforce programs
Format
Multi-session, on and off campus
Lead time
Typically one semester of planning

How it connects

Experiences expand learning.

When students connect what they’re learning with real people, places, and industries, possibilities become tangible. Paired with a Creative Pathway or Signature Program, an experience can become the moment a student sees where their creativity can take them.

Creative Pathways

Eight pathways that give an experience its subject. A studio visit lands differently when students have spent a term producing, shooting, or designing.

Signature Programs

Named programs that build identity, wellness, voice, and leadership. An experience is often what a program builds toward, or what convinces a campus to start one.

Let’s get started.

Tell us about your students, your goals, and the experience you want to create. We’ll help you design an opportunity that brings learning to life.
